Shipping policy
All orders ship from Clarington, ON, Canada within 7 business days of placing your order. Have no fear, we often achieve an faster turnaround times - typically around 3 business days or less.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2-10 business days for Canadian addresses and 3-10 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address. You must contact us before your order has dispatched to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND REPLACEMENTS
We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. I take the utmost care to package your orders in a manner that prevents any damage from occurring HOWEVER, once the package has been dispatched I have no control over the item.
Please contact me directly if there is a problem with your order. Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT OR NEVER DELIVERED
I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages. Once the order is out of my hands and in the care of postal services, I have no control over the situation and there is nothing I can do to speed up the shipping process.
Refunds are not guaranteed for items that have been delayed as mail delays are out of my control.
